For an AirBNB / VRBO business is it better to have plain LLC or should I go with LLC to be taxed as an S-Corp so I can pay myself as an employee and potentially save on employment taxes.

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? so every single major dip the last 4 months have been magnified by the use of leverage.
