For anyone who has flown with a small dog in cabin from another U.S. state to Pennsylvania via Delta, do they actually check for a health certificate/CVI? My understanding is that Delta does not require such a certificate, but that upon arrival, a health certificate/CVI might be required because it is required by the state. My dog is NOT a service dog or emotional support dog, I am simply paying for her to travel with me. Thanks!

I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection.
