For the other account folks here, wanting to hear from those that have shifted out of the ad industry. I’m recently out of a job (2nd time in my career), & have zero desire to go to a new agency for more of the same.

I truly love building relationships and that’s where my strength lies, but don’t want to be beholden to client demands, days filled with meetings yet expectations of immediate response.

Open to any ideas on how to pivot with my background of 8+ years in client service 🙏🏼

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. All the real estate deals are then owned by this holding company.

HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA.
