This is where you need to establish boundaries, over communicate them (like times when you are not available) and stick to them.
If you give people an inch they will take a mile so you can’t give the inch.
Also, as the first response indicates, there are local laws in certain countries that may impact this. You need to educate yourself on laws that may apply.
Unless you’re a medial professional/first responder, you’re literally not saving livess so nothing else is really important.

Don't answer the phone. Observe what happens. If you aren't immediately fired they are giving idle threats. Set a boundary, be available and helpful during working time and don't respond when you are off. People will adjust.
Doing so without communicating isn’t the appropriate way to handle it. Communicate directly when you are available and when you are not.
