Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test.
