I got a 4% raise earlier this year. It was my first raise in almost four years.
Please share the link to this press release if you're able. Not saying it's flat out lying, but it's definitely at a minimum misleading.
Several years ago at an agency in the Publicis Groupe, yes, Those who met expectations got at least a 7% increase year-on-year.
Those who didn't meet expectations kept their rate/job, unless let go.
Those who exceeded expectations got larger raises or promotions.
Jesus which agency. Our merit average was 3%
No. Source: My Paycheck
It’s been in the form of snoop hoodies unfortunately
If you’re going to out my eBay post like this, at least share the link so people can bid.

Sir, this is the advertising industry.
I join at the end of September, and given the recent big wins for PG, let's hope this starts to trickle down to employees.
So the press releases are lying then? For example last year they said that employees had a 7% pay rise...
Maybe the c-suite each got 200% and when you average that across the rest of the company it equals 7%?
Common mistake. The numeral 2 looks very much like a 7.
Where the f did you see that 🤣 you mean the press releases?
Yes, this is where I saw it
Nah, it was one pay freeze after another when I was there just a couple of years ago

Not a subscriber so I can't see beyond the headline but thanks for sharing. My best guess is it's what others have mentioned above about an average, with hefty C-suite raises skewing said average.
Haven’t gotten a raise in 2 years though my performance reviews have been stellar.
This is it

I got to watch the Global CEO attempt what looked like a crip walk in a video with Snoop Dogg, to get us pumped about a bunch of hoodies they printed for us.
I worked at Publicis for years and only got pay increases twice — once when I went from contract-to-permanent AND got promoted (they fought it) and once when I changed working locations to higher-COL.
I once got a $500 holiday bonus.
