For those that work at publicis, I've seen that you've received roughly a 7% payrise every year for the last 3 years. Is this true?

Hi fishes. I am a fresher and have been recruited as an associate consultant into tech consulting via campus interview. I join in a few months and my package is 7lpa fixed plus 80k variable. I plan to stick with EY for at least 2-3 years barring exceptional circumstances. How can I expect my salary to progress over this duration? Thanks!

Hi All,  I have two offer on hand.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Has anyone moved from tech consulting to strategy in MBB's. Anyone willing to guide on how you made the move?

Is it worth moving to strategy consulting or do strategy business ops in industry?

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
