For those who've moved from audit to FP&A, which online courses were useful in interview?

Suspect it's not the BIWS or wallstreetprep type that are more for banking?

Advice on small holiday gifts for your boss and peers—? What’s appropriate?

Curious what people think of non-Russians, who live and work in Russia. I am originally from another country but did my bachelors and have been working there for a few years. Now trying to relocate to literally any country, but it seems like recruiters are allergic to everything and everyone, who are applying from Russia

Can anyone give me advice on ways to express my desire to be challenged? Or other good reasons/ways to word why I would be an asset to a director of operations/office manager position at a different company. My current OM has no desire to work. I enjoy being challenged and resolving issues. I know I am not reaching my full potential due to a lazy OM. I do have a lot of the qualifications to be director of operations/OM, but I’m afraid that having less that 1 year experience in management looks

Hi everyone, I’m currently a tax associate and just graduated back in May. I’m starting to feel really burnt out and dislike what I do and want to get out of accounting completely. I can’t deal with the hours and the strictness of billing time. My degree is in business admin (I concentrated in accounting) and want to try something else. I’m currently looking into marketing, diff. analyst positions, and some other stuff. Any suggestions/advice would be helpful! Thank you.

Has this happened to anyone? Where you go through the interview process - and they call you back saying you did great in the interview and that you'd be a great fit but the role has been filled. So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.
