I can’t deal with the hours and the strictness of billing time. My degree is in business admin (I concentrated in accounting) and want to try something else. I’m currently looking into marketing, diff. analyst positions, and some other stuff. Any suggestions/advice would be helpful! Thank you.

Accounting Managers in publicly-traded companies - What do your hours/week look like during close and nonclose periods?

I think I’m ready to finally take the plunge and start looking for positions outside public. I’m not sure as a first year senior what I would qualify for or common roles tax seniors exit to. I would definitely be open to no longer working in tax.
