I just landed a job two weeks ago and it's a great experience in every seconds of my life after being in job search field over 3 years thanks to the recruiter that supported my career journey............. 🙏🙏🙏I'm super excited since hav started senior project manager position at Lockheed Martin
When I was unemployed, I volunteered and took a community college class for professional development during the day and applied to jobs at night. I was able to get a few interviews from connections that I had met through volunteering.
Have you made your resume visible to employers on job board sites so they can contact you? They use key words to search and some people make more than one resume if they are searching different roles. For example, one resume for sales, and another for retail.

Good advice which it is also important to make sure that it will pass through the AI / ATS companies use plus be out there on multiple platforms looking for work
. You need to have a profile on job boards that is visible, network, be checking the job boards, applying on job boards and company websites, and don't forget about social media. Indeed, is supposedly one that many recruiters will use to try find candidates, I am not on Indeed or social media as my account(s) got messed up months ago and I have not bothered with them since.
Spend my first 4 hours of the day hunting for jobs ,make a routine…job hunting takes skills and determination
I've gotten in the routine of spending the first 2-3 hours of the day applying to jobs. Headphones in, music on, DND activated. After that, I take two hours to workout, walk the dogs, make lunch and catch up on chores. Then it's another two hours of applications/resume tweaks/side hustle stuff. Another walk with the dogs, dinner, then more of the same until I can't stare at my computer any more.

If you cannot see spending 16 hours a day looking for work, applying for work, networking, researching companies/jobs, or anything else to help you with your job searching and interviewing then can you see yourself deep in collections and eventually homeless?
In this bad economy and job market with thousands unemployed and many more soon to be laid off you can't afford not to do whatever it takes to find work which is anything and anywhere.
No not at all. I only apply when I see them.
For me, mainly I would go from application to application like it’s a bag of Doritos, I have been rejected a lot, and I mean A LOT but anytime I was rejected I always thought to myself “I have 6 other interviews scheduled later this week it’s not that bad”, however eventually those rejections started piling up and I started losing hope so I started focusing on jobs that don’t require expierience, or references and I wore an all black proffessional attire to kind of boost my chances of getting hired. but that’s just my expierience

The choice is yours although you might want to ask yourself just how long you want to be unemployed especially in our bad global market and job market,
