FREELANCERS: Does becoming a limited company affect your odds of getting freelance work? (if yes) how do others go about getting mat leave?

A bit of context: I'm a freelance creative. I'm at the point in life where I'm thinking about having kids, and I don't think the government allowance would financially get me very far, so I want to change my company to an ltd. I've heard rumours that agencies only want to work with sole traders - is that true? Any and all advice would be helpful!

Has anyone ever pivoted to Product Manager at big tech? Thinking about making a switch and would love to hear some of y’all’s experience. Thanks in advance!

Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.
