I mean, it's technically fine but I'll be honest with you: I'd only ask this to companies that have below average reviews here or on RepVue.
Not to mention that there's so much uncertainty and turmoil in sales and white collar jobs in general due to the economy + AI, what answer would you have been satisfied with anyway?
For an interview that had gone well up to that point, for a company with ostensibly a good product and good employee reviews, I wouldn't ask a question like this.

Nice! Honestly proud of you for asking that, OP. Interviews should be a two-way street, and you have every right to make sure the company aligns with your goals and values. Sometimes, if an interviewer reacts awkwardly, it could say more about their own uncertainty or the company’s direction than about your question. Don’t let one uncomfortable moment make you doubt asking thoughtful, forward-looking questions in the future. It shows you care about your long-term fit, which is a strength, not a weakness.
