General question: is there any certain “rule of thumb” post that you sell to take profiles? I’ve seen some experts (“”) say to always collect at 20% and others say until you see a reason to sell. Asking as rearranged last week and luckily got into the airlines before they exploded and now I’m sitting about 50% up on delta. For those who refinanced MBA loans, what kind of rates are you getting? I refinanced about a year ago while I had some CC debt and got a 10 year with a 5.36% for $150k (had some undergrad loans in that too).
