My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

Jacket is fine. I would remove the sweatpants and just keep it to boxer briefs

No need for sweatpants or any pants, really. Just a dress shirt and jacket.
I have a zoom interview this week and was just going to wear a button down. I guess a jacket is safe but if someone doesn’t want to move forward with me because I don’t have a jacket and tie on for Zoom, I don’t want to work there.
Honestly if someone wore a suit and tie that I interviewed over zoom I would think they were strange. It would be a red flag.
Literally got offers from all b4 I wasn’t already working for mid COVID last year and the fanciest thing I wore was a v-neck so you might be overthinking this
Assuming talking about a corporate role and not a start up then you can never go wrong with full business attire. Just ask the recruiter
Yes corporate, it's in-house strategy for an IB
For PwC yes
Seriously?? We did away with ties even for interviews in person.
