You’re asking about cross offer yield? All three firms claim their win rate against each other is north of 75%.
Apologies for not being clear about the question. It was just truly about job offers for new grads.
AFAIK it's more like 50:25:25 (M:B:B)
Thanks BCG1. Very interesting. So people who all three offers, what are factors in general to choose Bain or BCG? I know all three are elite T1 great firms and will do perf fine with great exits but M does have that prestige that also can’t overlook.

Their yield would likely be much closer to a T30 MBA program given MBB isn't the HSW of the working world.
Oh thanks for the info. Definitely I misunderstood it before and what you said makes sense.
Who would collect this data? This seems unknowable. Do you think schools can accurately track # of applicants and offers, and disclose that? Would people on Fishbowl know those stats?
Agree that is why I was just asking as I was curious what people heard or saw.
This is a hard data point to track and is most likely not super useful because unlike college admissions where all acceptances come out essentially on the same day, work offers don’t work like that. There are probably plenty of people at BCG or Bain just because they got that offer early on compared to McKinsey or at the time one firm had more need than another.
