Payroll to be managed by a third party hr service provider. Should I take it? Currently in a stable product role in a renowned research and consulting firm.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

When renting a condo from an owner, I was asked to pay a $150 move-in fee to the building which I thought makes sense, but then I am being told to also pay a $500 non refundable move in fee to the owner but he is not wanting a security deposit.
