The health insurance of vois is not good. For employee 2 lakh with 10% copay and for others 1 lakh with 20% copay. Is there anything, where i can raise the coverage with no copay? Also, the variable and bonus is same? Or bonus is over and above CTC?

Got 10% hike, and the HR told me that I will also be receiving my annual performance appraisal. But after going through all the appraisal process I have been given rating by the old team, however there was no increment in sal. Hey everyone. I am currently preparing for my first round of interviews at Amazon for and SDE 1 position. I am a little unclear of what kind of questions to expect for my technical interview. I know that I need to be proficient with DSA, but not really sure what else. I was told by my recruiter that there would be a system design question, but then I went to an interview prep session and I was told that SDE 1 interviewees are not required to know system design.
