Heyhey.
Looking to hire a product UX/designer to freelance and help design + run ideation workshops for our Fortune 100 client looking to drive innovation and create/incubate b2c apps.
Would be great if you also knew how to set up an intake form to get a specific brief in order to design the workshop.
Bonus if you know how to design and set-up early stage usability experiments via landing pages/figma to validate problems/solutions before developing a MVP.

I'd start applying to other places. Get an offer and have Accenture work to counter it. Then bail anyway because Fuck Them.
4 years without a salary increase?!
OP- I'm a little concerned you don't know what DTE is since you've been here 4 years... upon first reading this, I'm thinking assimilation may be part of what is holding you back.
I'll echo the sentiment of ask your cc exactly what you need to do to be promoted. Heck- put it as one of your Priorities in the PA Tool!
Make sure to connect with Accenture leadership outside of the company you were acquired with, you may not have the right people in the room speaking up for you at promotion time.
One other thing that may be harder to consider, is there a reason you haven't been promoted for 4 years? It sounds like someone in a position of power wants you to quit:/ I don't think I've ever heard of someone going that long at lower levels with out a promotion, and when I have it was to get them to leave on their own since no one likes to fire people.
No, but are you at the top of your band? At some point it's either promotion or 0% raise if your salary is high for your level. Promotion depends on a few factors. You could ask your CC what does it take for me to get to the next level? What do I need to do differently? He/she will have most direct insight to how you are perceived in talent meetings.
I believe I am at the top level. I'm level 10 making entry level 6 figures. My department \ team was acquired by Accenture proper so our salaries are higher than traditional consultants because we are running as an Accenture owned company but operating as a "typical" software company if that makes sense. Do you think I'd have more opportunities if I transferred to a traditional "consultant" role within Accenture? Thanks in advance!
If you are a 10 making 6 figures you are at the top of your band. You need to get to 9. If you like your role, ask your manager what it takes to get to 9. If you want to try traditional consulting then make that move as in traditional consulting it would be very unusual for someone to stay at 10 for 4 years. Your promotion is determined by your DTE.
You should start looking at new jobs if you went one year without a salary increase. The fact that you stayed 4 years at the same salary is dumbfounding to me
Yup. I think it's time to start looking into other firms, what do you think?
Update your LinkedIn resume and make parts of it visible. Also upload your resume on Indeed.com. You'll get a lot of garbage headhunters but some major industry and consulting firms as well.
OP start preparing yourself for interviews. Do cases etc. Takes about 3-4 weeks. Find positions which you're interested in and I am sure someone on FB would be happy to refer you to their firm. Good luck!
FB = Fishbowl. ☺️
Thanks for the clarification I'm new to this app 😊. So many acronyms to get acquainted with lol.
DTE=deployed to entity
Promotions are not about performance each year in current role. They are about ability to perform at the next level or beyond. People who do a good job should be compensated - raise or bonus. Those that can perform at next level should be promoted...

Hook me up with another job and I'll quit lol. Ain't that easy when you got a family and kid's to support 🤔. Thanks for all the feedback and responses.
How do you get on other consulting firms radar? I don't have any "connections" on the inside and I assumed working 4 plus years at a "big 4" consulting firm would grab recruiters attention but no response. Guess I'll keep trying 🤔
Btw OP Indian?
Thanks for the advice! I guess I need to create a FB profile. I've been off social media for a while now. Only thing I use is LinkedIn, I noticed none of my so called connections really offer any help other than suggesting to "just apply". And yes I am Desi 😎.
What's DTE?
