We don’t have any sort of maternity policy but she will have 3 weeks of PTO to cash in. How do other firms handle cost of insurance premiums while ee is out? We currently cover ee portion and she pays for 100% of dependent cost. Is it reasonable to ask her to write check back to firm for her portion of dependent premiums? Assume she is taking full 4 mos off.

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.
