But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Hi All! I need some quick advice. Is it better to go for a MBA (over 17k in debt) or a ProSic certification? My company would cover the cert, but they don’t offer any tuition reimbursement, unfortunately… I want to be at the Director level in 5years, but I’ve heard I need a graduate degree to even be considered… I’ve considered leaving my current company just for better benefits/pay.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
