My dad's a senior software architect getting 35 lpa for 18 years work experience in cognizant. His tech stack is AEM and he has worked on angular and Java Projects as well. Since he is getting underpaid a lot ... Hopefully someone can refer him Adobe or some product companies. Even service company with good pay also is acceptable

This is clearly US based.
You crossed out your info but not your references? 😬

Bold move putting the full resume out there. Good luck to you!
I just called Wayne
Why are you only looking for remote positions ? Have consistent bullet points for each experience. A picture of yourself is not needed for your resume. Also quantify your tasks for your experience as well. Ex: How many press release have you published on a daily, weekly, or month basis

What political party do you belong to?
This is not an appropriate comment and whatever political affiliation you have does not matter. What matters is your skills, networking and your professionalism. Please do not let people like this mislead you or place you in a box. You are doing amazing things and off to an amazing start! I will definitely keep you in mind for underwriting. I will be in touch soon.
Upper case for the months
“Political Science” not “Political science”
Check format to ensure consistency (
make sure margins are consistent)
You’re going to want to create a separate resume for each position / area of focus. One resume for politics, administration, writing, and fundraising means you’re not communicating clearly about any of them… it also shows that you’re not taking charge of where you are headed.
It’s great that you’re up for a myriad of roles, but if you’re not clear about what you want and why, it puts the burden of matching on the recruiters and hiring managers — and they don’t have time to decipher or develop your career.
I’m not saying this to criticize! Just want to reframe how you’re looking at it. Flexibility is great, until it creates more work for someone. Then it becomes a barrier…
You have great experience, I’d suggest you narrow down exactly what you’d like to do and cater your application strategy to that. You can always change direction, of course. But it gives you a concrete place to start. You’ll get more traction that way (plus you’ll be more engaged and directive in terms of where your career is headed.)
Good luck!! Looks like you’re going to go on and do some amazing things 😊
Your references personal contact information is disclosed in this upload. Also I would remove any home address. Small feedback. Best of luck to you 💓
TY for the direct line to chief of staff 😈
Is it a thing now to put your picture on a resume? I might just have to update mines. Where can I get this format? TIA
Way too much white space, don’t use a photo, put references available upon request, make sure you have quant driven bullet points that show impact
As a Rutgers grad this made me face palm. Did you not use the career services at all??
