Got an offer from a multinational bank, they are giving a 15% raise on my existing salary at EY + additional full year bonus to be paid in March. I want to switch to have a better work life balance. Do you guys think it is a right decision since in my experience I think I will be able to catch up with 15% in couple of years but I am pretty sure growth will be pretty stagnant in the industry! What would you do if you were to make this decision?

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
