Has anyone made the jump from in-house legal over to the business side? How did the transition go? Would you do over it again? I work in a niche area (workplace health and safety) and have gotten a promotion in place, but have maxed out my growth in the legal department if I want to stay in safety. Only way for me to be promoted and stay in safety is to jump to the business side but I’m hesitant to give up doing legal work.
