If anyone who has interviewed for this kind of role or is working. Can you let me know any more topics I should be aware about other than basic supply chain stuff like six sigma, lean manufacturing, etc?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
