No sir, Accenture will not care lol
To answer your question directly, most strategy consulting firms do not have higher paybands for non-MBA masters

I would take the offer and revisit MBA in 2 years or so

Accenture as tier 2? I don’t think so…

I would’ve refuted this until our most recent rewards cycle
In many circles, the MBA (already borderline on value) loses value without work experience - I’d be surprised if you get accepted into a top b school directly from UG unless you’re a Kennedy or an Olympic athlete.
If you choose to go to grad school, I doubt the offer stands and you’d have to likely interview again (although at a potentially higher position)
You can develop your tech skills and get paid at the same time at ACN. For the strategy firms you won’t get any hands on tech skills. You can create the hell out of some financial models though and manage the living daylights out of some projects!
So, Accenture?
Either way, a non-MBA master's will not increase comp in consulting.

What master degree or program are you looking at? Seems like taking the job offer and revisiting masters (MBA) in a few years time may be the best answer?
No. Go work for a few years. Only ivy grad school that will accept you with no experience is if you went there for undergrad.
Also, going to EYP is a boost; it will get you a much higher chance of acceptance to top programs (think Columbia, Harvard, Wharton, …)
