Got an offer for PwC Salesforce Industries Senior Associate, 144k base with 15k sign on bonus. Currently at Salesforce Industries 110k base... thoughts on the offer and making the jump?

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

Moving to NYC from DC. I had planned to come up for a weekend or two to tour apartments. When would be the best time?
