Got approached about an opportunity at Capco as a junior in consulting. Given my experience, I qualify for a higher level than where I'm currently at and the pay band for that position is roughly 20-25% higher than my current salary. Although I’m at Guidehouse and the brand is not great, it seems that Capco is even worse. Is it worth it to consider the opportunity given the title and pay jump. I plan on potentially pivoting into another industry or grad school down the line anyways.
