It’s been 18 month since my firm forced promotion or severance on to us as they eliminated my position. They promised an increase in commission based pay at the end of the licensing period. Its been 2 months (6 pay periods) since I completed this and no change. They say they are waiting for the licenses to post officially, but have all the evidence that I’ve passed. Should I demand back pay for the last 2 months they’ve been paying me as an unlicensed banker while I’m actually licensed?
