Got Goldman Sachs super day interview. HR cancelled the last minute saying one of the interviewers could not join. Is this common or this is a rejection?

Currently in sales. 26. Take extreme pride in my work and the effort I put into it. I know it sounds like a greedy millennial, but I feel very underpaid and undervalued. Hi everyone! I was recently interviewing with PwC. Had my first interview which went very well, HR called me couple of days later and informed me she will schedule a second interview with a partner. That was 20 days ago and it’s been complete silence, no interview scheduled and no feedback. Is that normal? What should I think/do?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

Is it appropriate to add a recruiter on linked in without sending a message? Mainly to follow any opportunities they may post for the future?

If a job posting says 2 yrs experience, is that a firm cutoff? Can you apply if you have more than 2 yrs experience?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind.
