Got my comp adjustment 3 days ago and been sitting in this. But I am on 100 and got a zero percent increase. My colleagues are now on 107k with a 6 k bonus. So they earning 13k or said differently 13 % more than me for the same job. How does the company expect you to react

Have people gotten their bonus’ prorated in a year they were on parental leave? Any hunches to tell if it was more less than a straight prorate?

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)?
