High LDL isn’t necessarily bad. It doesn’t really say anything... too many vastly different physiological states with the same LDL number
Focus on items such as fasting insulin, fasting glucose, 2-hour postprandial of the same, A1c, triglycerides, and HDL. You will probably only be tested on the latter two

High LDL isn’t good, definitely don’t just assume that away. Might be your body metabolizing fat but it’s still LDL in your bloodstream.
