Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

Need help building an electric schedule for a production schedule with a Gantt chart style view (sort of)

Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.
