My release goes for 3 weeks so I had planned my work accordingly but my client side manager wants me to complete everything in 2 weeks. In order to do so I work for roughly 12hrs a day.On stand-up calls he talks as if we are his servants, literally ordering everyone, least bothered about the "WHY" of any issue.When I tried talking to Accenture lead, he started off saying "You work for 12hrs, I had to work for 15-16hrs". And he is right, it is 1.30 in the night and he sending weekly connect invite.
I feel sick.

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
