Recieved an offer of X+7.5LPA Fixed (~80%) with my experience of 7years. This is what i quoted as my expectation and hence i believe i am left with no scope of negotiation.

I found the person i will be replacing was at X+12LPA 🤔

Any tips or ideas of negotiation now?

I’m an L&E associate entering my 5th year at a mid-sized regional law firm (approx. 400 attorneys). Barred in PA/NJ. Billed 2100 last year but my requirement is 1950. Should I try to lateral into BigLaw or should I try to go in house? Are either of those realistic options for me? I seem to be doing a significant amount of municipal law too, which is not what I expected or wanted at all. I want a life but would also hate to take a pay cut. Interested in L&E. Advice?

I have received two offers one from Concentrix Banglore and other from Barclays, but from Barclays i have received only verbal on call confirmation and waiting for offer letter, Concentrix already gave the offer and today I would start the office, But waiting for Barclays as its a big brand, can anyone advice how much time Barclays will take to process the joining, i have only submitted the documents on 24th Nov and heard nothing from them. Now Capgemini is trying to retain me for the same and offering me the same package (20 LPA) and release from current project with opportunity for a different role(architect/manager) which didn't happen in 1 year of fight so far.
