How is their platform scalable? What is their exit strategy? How do they define their target market? Who are their customers and what’s their customer acquisition strategy? Where do their funding come from? Who are their main competitors and how are they differentiated? Would suggest you try answering some of these questions independently to help you dive deeper in their business

What does it take for one to be a rockstar there; what does excellence look like to them. If you were hired what is the most important thing you need to know on day one.

What is their financial position. You need to go in eyes wide open.
