I have cleared 1st round at KPMG.
In the L2, managerial round, is there any chances of getting rejected? There were only technical quest asked. I feel I could not clear it as HR gave m the feedback that interview said I am working on a support project in Infosys. There are other things as well in feedback but this was something strange.

I’ve been in community corrections for almost two years. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. I’m really interested in tech and project management roles. I just do not know where to start far as getting my foot in the door with either industry. Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.

Hi all, had a situation I need some help with. PE fund owned interest in a bank that was a CFC that has 965 PTEP. Recently sold off part of it's interest and the bank is no longer considered a CFC. Under the new PFIC regs, I believe it qualifies as a PFIC. How would distributions be treated seeing as it would still qualify as a specified foreign corp?

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company
