When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

GH bought Navigant, not the other way around. We are switching from trans America to Fidelity so that is why your account is being closed. You should roll it over to IRA or your new company 401k
You def don’t lose it. Roll it over to an IRA. Fidelity will be glad to help you do it. Or you can probably leave it there and it will go from TA to fidelity. But you definitely won’t lose it.
You definitely won't lose the funds as whatever was vested is your money. As others have said there should be clear directions as to next steps. You probably need to roll it over or provide info for a transfer to a bank account. If no info is provided they will probably mail a check to your last known address.
If you accept a bank transfer or a check make sure you reinvest in current 410k or am IRA asap (there is a time limit) or face steep penalties.
Make sure you read up on timelines carefully. If you are too slow, the funds might be returned to you as cash, which would incur taxes and penalties. for 90% of people, the best option is to roll the 401k into a vanguard IRA
Wouldn't say 90% of people. If you're doing Roth conversion now or intl the future, your tIRA amount becomes subject to pro rata rules even if you don't roll over the entire amount.
