Guys I just finished a 3.5 years stint with this company and would like to give a heads up of the horrible experience I have had.

Clear discrimination I faced in polices of wfh, senior tenured employees have contiously availed this wfh. When covid was at its peak company insisted people to come working to office, lot of old senior folks refused , juniors came in and suffered.

Very behind in technology, and senior folks just tend to be God!!!

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid

Any M&A tax practices out there that will allow remote/mostly remote work in the future? Where?

The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical.
