I got offer from optum and thinking to join optum as they are giving good variable as 20% .Could you please help me that will they give full variable RRP or not for 27 grade employees.

20% you may not even get
In today's market, So long as you are able to negotiate a good severance before joining, any company is good.
If the company you are joining has got a reputation for firing, ensure that the severance package is negotiated and included in the offer letter before joining. If you are fired in a few months, most companies in India think you have some problem.
Don't join if they are unwilling to negotiate a severance package. They have a RIF up their sleeve.

You do the work like in any service based company but your client is always going to be Optum
But the culture is the same as a service based company nothing better...just name changes🤣

People join and in 2 months RIF happens. You get nothing because you are not even confirmed. So negotiating severance is a best practice.
