Guys! Looking for suggestions. Most of my career has been in global sourcing for wholesale and manufacturing companies, some indirect procurement for a retail chain.
I have over 12 years overall experience and would like to try myself in retail buying. Any tips on the best way to tackle this? Is this even doable? I have no retail buying experience but feel like finished goods wholesale sourcing is quite transferable.

My dilemma:

I'm at a LMM investment bank. Can get crazy sometimes, but otherwise chill. Typically done around 7-9 pm, had maybe three 1 am nights. Haven't worked a weekend in over a month. Fridays almost always done at 5 pm.

Have an offer at a reputable MM bank but probably pretty sweaty. Worth the move?
