I hold a total work ex of 17yrs and I am about to receive an offer for Product Delivery - Project manager. My current Fixed pay is 40lks + 6lks stock bonus + 15% Variable.

1) Can someone help me with a pay band to negotiate ! or what is the fixed pay that I can expect at this level ?

2) Does JP pay a signing bonus ?

3) Does JP pay in Stock comp ?

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

How the heck can I teach a kindergartener over the computer? It's all hands on in my class for the first couple of months. I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Can i expect the offer letter to be released? If yes when?
