TCS -> 20 LPA

Mindtree -> 24.05 LPA

YOE -> 8 years 

Tech Stack -> Frontend (Angular)

CCTC -> 18.10 LPA

I have had salary discussion and the Hr provided me the salary breakup on 5th August, I have accepted the the offered salary, how long will it take to receive the offer letter for TCS.

If you’ve just turned SA2 in audit but you have an option to do PwC CF in SE Asia, would you take it ? Or try and stick it out in London Audit for another year or two to try and eventually make the move?

Is it a good idea to leave Accenture AI and join MBB's Analytics wing?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
