Wipro walo, I have joined on last month, 11th July. I am working in South African shift timings. I am entitled to get Rs 2500 per month as shift allowance, but I didn't get it for last month. On speaking to one of our senior members, he said shift assignment only takes place between 1st to 10th of every month. I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ?
