Which is best among CGI and HCL for automation testing role?

Need urgent suggestion: My joining is in 2 weeks in EY GDS, I don't have any other offer. As today they have confirmed that EY consulting will become a new company and it wont be part of EY. So I am scared that it will be like a startup and job security will be an issue there.
I am so tensed, I dont know what to do..I should join EYGDS or not. I am done with Deloitte also and somehow did not get any calls during notice period. Please help me and share your views, any senior leader here to guide?

I heard more about pwc and the work culture is nice as a new grads....
I am a fresher passed out last year i want to join pwc ...
I am personally into cybersecurity and i just do part time bug hunting and i want to achieve this as my career...

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
