I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. Is it difficult to transition from Management Consultant (Big4) to Strategy Consultant (Tier 2)? Can you go from Experienced Consultant (Big4, 6 YOE) to Manager in a Tier 2, or you would normally go to the same level or even below?
