I got a call from LTI Mindtree for Network Engineer L2 role but they are taking Network Operations test from me. Can someone tell me what is the salary package for this and what would be the day to day job role here?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.

Why are HRs getting so proactive towards year end for employees RTO, when it’s mostly IT shutdown everywhere . Even clients are not there what will the employees do ? Spring cleaning in offices ???!!!

I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.

Y’all I am struggling on these “light” home improvement projects we decided to take on with a recent house purchase.
