H1B visa transfer initiated with new employer. With COVID, kind of wanted to go back to home country in the meanwhile.. any advice/suggestion/warnings on that idea?

Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
Any chance of them being fraud ?

Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. Can my license be renewed without the original extension petition? Or do I need to wait for the originals to come in. Trying to understand what do I need to carry to the DMV. Based in CA. My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
