Had 2 interviews - RRK + GCA on Friday for cloud migration consultant role. No update as of now, what does it mean? How much time Google takes to reveal results of these two rounds?

I attended interview at amazon for l5 application engineer role ,they told i will be hiring for l4 as my performance was not upto mark one more interview round to go,what will be the salary range for L4 and L5 for an application engineer at amazon could anyone please tell me ?

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

Anyone have any interview experience/advice for the IBM associate technical consultant federal position…application developer and test specialist specifically.

I would appreciate some advice on my situation below.
About three months ago, I was applying to find a new job. A month later, I got an offer, came work for this firm. I am not feeling like this would be a great environment for me. So I accepted a job interview this week but when I sent them the resume was 3 months ago so i didnt have my current job on there. Should I tell them my job has changed since? I am worried that if i dont tell them, they will find out when doing background check.
