Had booked a high end Marriott property (st Regis / ritz Carlton/autograph /etc.) for 5 nights using points and spend almost an entire day talking to the concierge and moving rooms because they incorrectly communicated the upgrade( had two bookings one was upgraded other wasn’t)
The property manager said they can comp us one night- but seems ridiculous given the amount of stress it caused
Had I known re. switching rooms I would have declined the upgrade. What could I ask for as compensation?

If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. Random card (used to be uber)
