Time to move on. You already have a reputation among managers…
As you said, it’s about office politics. You need to work on getting a senior that’s helps you with a manager to get picked by his/her engagements…once there, prove you are better than what they think/speak about you
Oh. Have to be fake. And no matter what they say never give negative feedback. They’ll love you. If it’s hard just don’t meet face to face often. If they ask how things are going “I love it”.
We’re you staffed on some projects when you started? How did they go? Did you get feedback? Did you interact with a manager or senior manager much? How busy is your group? Are they busy and still nothing.
Jumping to legal reasons is not good look. People are loathe to give bad feedback - very much could be performance reasons but they did not get specific.
Think you need to work with mentors to be given another chance. Or offer to help or join calls as education without charging code - would be otherwise unassigned. This is probably not within policy but you need to do something to kick start things? Offer to travel or offer or help in other sub service lines.
At the end of the day, the world still revolves, life goes on, believe in yourself, the future is bright😎
Have the managers communicated to you how you could improve? Has your pml? Otherwise it seems pretty unfair to not give you the feedback you need to improve
