Quick qstn - I'm receiving HRA of 24075 from my employer but I would like dhow the rent paid as 96k p.a (while filing ITR). Even if I do so, I was only able to get exemption of 24075 from gross. Checking if we can speak to payroll department to increase Actual HRA since I'm actually paying more rent than compared. Will I be able to do so ?Deloitte Newco EY Accenture Genpact KPMG

Why didn’t you say decline her application initially just based on that credit score?
Bro you’re having a hell of a time continuously posting about trying to rent out a house 😂

Oh God, is this that same person? Ugh. It is really not this complicated lol.

Just ignore her. Most of the time these kinds of people are all bluster.
Just ignore her until you hear from her lawyer (which probably won't happen since it's expensive). Her emails full of bullshit only help her case if you reply with something damaging. No obligation to reply so just don't.
Keep copies of all communication etc., you have plenty of valid reason to reject (credit score, failure to submit required documentation in a timely manner, etc)
A (free) intro phone consultation with a lawyer should help you put your mind at ease as far as whether she has a case, but it really doesn't sound like she does. She's just hoping to intimidate you.

Does she know your address? Be careful that she may go crazy. But yea, otherwise I’d just ignore her at this point if she already knows that you’re no longer renting the house

Today, after 10 days, she sent a very long email with 7 paragraphs of specifics (many made up, incorrect allegations), but seems like she is building some evidence against me. Is someone aware what are her rights, and do I expect a lawsuit coming my way? (Am in Bay Area)
