The recruiter seemed eager to move quickly, but now I haven’t heard back after the intv with hiring manager. I felt the interview went well, though I was a bit nervous. It's been a few days—should I be concerned or is this normal? I really want this role and would appreciate any insight from recruiters or hiring managers.

YouTube has lot of resources but confused on which one to start with. I have an interview this Tuesday in another 2 days.

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

What are actionable items one should strive for when trying to grow as a designer after landing their first role? I hear a lot about ways to grow to land the first job but very little about how to improve after you know the basics.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
